You say you love me
   And I truly believe you
But your actions betray thee
   For I have seen what is true
Why would you do this?
   Destroyed everything we had
And I gave you that one last kiss

You chose that needle over us
   You placed it in your hand
You sealed our fate, I’m making a fuss

I have moved on in my life and in my heart,
But you could have played that one part

Thinking in My Car

It was a day like any other day
   and I'm sitting in my car thinking
But it happened this way
   I look out of the window blinking
A life gone in an instant
   Something innocent, something pure
Taken and became nonexistent
   I close my eyes wishing the dark will cure
As I open them I look over
   I see another life of someone, a menace
My mind stills and my thought is a changeover
   This person has no shame, and has a darkness
Witnessing these events unfold is something
But now I can say I feel nothing...
